If you’re a Carmarthenshire resident with mobility problems we provide a Concessionary Fares Scheme , which entitles elderly people and people with disabilities resident in Wales to free travel on local bus services throughout the Principality
 
We also administer the Blue Badge Scheme which provides an international arrangement of parking concessions for people who are disabled or who have severe walking disabilities and travel either as drivers or passengers.
