Pay for it.. 

There are a number of ways that we can accept payment for services. 

Many are simply paid for at the time the service is delivered - such as swimming or car parking, whilst others, such as planning applications, can be paid for by means of a cheque accompanying your completed forms. 

We also encourage you to use direct debit where this is appropriate - in particular for paying your Council Tax.
 
In addition, we offer facilities to pay for services online using the services below.

Using the online payments service you can pay your council bills with any of the following types of credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Delta, Solo, Electron)

You can pay for the following services:

  • Mortgages
  • Benefit Overpayments

If you are in a public place we strongly advise you make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details to prevent them being misused by somebody else

24/7 Automated Telephone Payments: 01267 679900

Credit and debit card payments can now be made at any time of the day or night by phoning our automated telephone payment system on 01267 679900. This 24/7 payment facility is available for accounts where you have an account reference or invoice number:

  • Council Tax
  • Business Rates
  • Housing Rent
  • Temporary Accommodation
  • Social Lettings
  • Sundry Invoices
  • Benefit Overpayments


Planning Portal

You can complete, submit, and pay for a planning application using the Planning Portal.

The online application service allows you to submit planning applications to us via the Planning Portal.

You can: start a new planning application & pay online/by cheque or work with an exisiting application.
