What is it?
The Carmarthenshire County Council digital TV service contains information provided by local services and community organisations.

This free service offers instant access to Council information 24 hours a day, seven days a week from the comfort of your own home.

It is available to households who subscribe to Sky digital television or Virgin Media or through the Nintendo Wii or internet enabled mobile phones.

The service allows customers to get local information and use services using their TV and remote control. It is particularly valuable for people who don't have access to a computer and the internet. As well as using the service to find information, residents can also give us feedback and ask questions. This interactivity is an important part of the service. It allows residents to stay at home yet still ask questions, request services or ask for information.
