We have introduced a low cost, home contents insurance scheme for tenants in partnership with Ageas, one of Europe’s largest insurance providers.

The policy covers against damage caused fire, theft and vandalism, and will replace new for old, except for clothing and household linen where a deduction for wear and tear will be made. The policy does not require any "excess" payments from customers.

Payments can be made annually, monthly or even weekly by direct debit or by using PayPoint (which can be used at post offices).
