The development of this draft strategy shows Carmarthenshire County Council’s continued commitment to addressing inequalities in our county.

We have developed the strategy by working closely with other partner agencies such as Education and Planning, Elected Members, the local gypsy and traveller community and looking at best practice and Government guidelines.
