Online Payment

You can make a secure payment online using your credit or debit card. You will need to have your housing account number and credit or debit card ready. Please select online payment from the Related Links section opposite.

Direct Debit

To start paying by Direct Debit simply complete the Direct Debit Form, return it to us and we will automatically claim your payment from your Bank or Building Society.

If you require any help in completing the application form please contact your housing officer.

Post Office

You can pay at any Post Office using your Rent Payment Card. There is no charge for using this method. If you do not have a Rent Payment Card, please email housing@carmarthenshire.gov.uk

By Phone

We accept most Debit and Credit cards, and payments can be made by calling Carmarthenshire Direct on 01267 234567 or our Cash Desk on 01267 228686. There is no charge for this using this method.

In Person

You can pay your rent by visiting our Customer Service Centres in Ammanford, Carmarthen and Llanelli in person. Our opening hours are Monday-Thursday 8.45am-5.00pm and Friday 8.45am-4.30pm.

Salary Deduction

If you work for the Council your rent can be deducted from your wages. Please ring 01267 228938 for more information.
