Supporting People Unified Referral System (SPURS)
The Supporting People Unified Referral (SPUR) Project involves the four local authorities of Dyfed Powys (Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Powys).
The aim of the project is to make it easier for people who need housing related support to find the service that is best for them.
The system will link in to the existing services that these councils provide and will make it easier for service users and agencies to find the services that exist.
We have been looking into what happens now and can see a lot of good work as well as times when a system that matches people to services would make life easier, save time and money and enable everyone to provide a better service to our service users.
