Long Term Childcare Teams

The long term teams deal with a wide variety of child care referrals.  Social workers within these teams work with children who are looked after and also those living at home assessed to be in ‘need’.

Leaving Care Team

The workers within this team help support young people who have been looked after.  They assist in planning and preparation for independence, run life skills courses, liaise with housing and other agencies.
