The Brief has been prepared within the context of the Carmarthenshire Unitary Development Plan and forms Supplementary Planning Guidance). The Draft published for consultation from the 18 February to the 17 March 2008. The responses received were duly reported to Council on the 18 July 2008 at which it was formally adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance to the Carmarthenshire Unitary Development Plan. Brechfa Forest Windfarm
Supplementary Planning Guidance for Brechfa Forest Windfarm was approved by Carmarthenshire County Council on 18 July 2008. The SPG can be downloaded above.
Llandeilo Northern Residential Quarter Planning & Development Brief
The Draft Brief was prepared within the context of the Carmarthenshire Unitary Development Plan. The document was subject to public consultation from 17 August to 6 November 2009.
On 10 February 2010, the County Council resolved to proceed the Brief to formal adoption as Supplementary Planning Guidance to the Carmarthenshire Unitary Development Plan.

West Carmarthen Planning and Development Brief Dec 2010
The Brief outlines the aspirations for future development of West Carmarthen and should be used as a guide for the sustainable development of the West Carmarthen Urban Extension.
This Brief will form Supplementary Planning Guidance to the Carmarthenshire Unitary Development Plan (UDP) and will be a material consideration in the determination of all future planning applications in the Brief’s area.
The County Council approved the Carmarthen West Planning and Development for public consultation on the 20 October 2010 with the responses received now subject to due consideration.
