A unique Partnership Alliance between Carmarthenshire County Council LABC and leading local builders merchants, LBS both working to a common goal to ensure that buildings within the county are built better. Both organisations are committed to smoothing the building regulations process and helping their mutual client base, the builders and contractors, in making their job easier.

Launched at an exciting high profile event on the 28th November 2007 at the conference facility at the Construction Technology and Development Support Centre at Coleg Sir Gar, Ammanford, speakers included Mark James Chief Executive of Carmarthenshire County Council, Handel Davies, Senior Surveyor at Carmarthenshire’s Building Regulations Unit and Mark Davies, Managing Director of LBS Builders Merchants, the event was attended by scores of the county’s leading builders and contractors.
