The building was designed and developed to allow flexibility for the Trinity University to provide office space for young developing businesses in the area and to also accommodate a new theatre and culture rehearsal area along with local offices for Theatre Genedaethol.
The timber clad external envelope is of a unique design offering on aesthetically pleasing building in a highly sensitive area for new development, with the construction itself consisting of a semi-recessed concrete basement, structural steel frame and masonry walls which have been clad in a blend of stonework, render and timber boarding, all in all resulting in an unconventional striking appearance.
