This is a site with a mixture of design types amongst its 25 traditionally constructed houses.
The builder demanded a good quality of workmanship, which is highlighted with the final product and communication between the contractor and Building Control Surveyor ensured that all notifications of statutory inspections were carried out without issue and excellent close working relationships were established throughout the construction period. When any issues did arise on site all were resolved immediately and satisfactorily through to full and final completion.
