All reports on planning applications are available for inspection by the public.  The Planning Committee Agendas are made available four to five working days before the date of the meeting.  To view the agendas, click on the committee heading links below.

Applications with the prefix 'E' can be found in the East Report, 'S' in the South report, and 'W' in the West report.

A supplementary addendum is prepared for the Board addressing any consultee responses and further representations received after the report was written.

Minutes of the meeting are also available 5-10 days after the date of the meeting.  (Click on the date of the meeting, then click on the Minutes tab at the top of the page).

Archived Reports

The Departures Committee was disbanded by Council at the same meeting in December 2006, with its remit being transferred to the Planning Committee.
