Wildness from your Window Competition

Six people entered the 'Wildness from your Window' competition having taken photos from their workplace window (or just outside!) of wildlife they have spotted. These are reproduced here. The photographs were all excellent. The idea behind the competition was to look for wildlife in the least expected places out of your window and the photograph that probably best reflected this was that of the valerian growing out of a chimney that Gwyneth Jones spotted from her office window.

Surrounded by concrete a little bit of wildness blossoms! Gwyneth wins a copy of the BBC Wildlife Magazine's book of prize-winning photographs from last year.

l Christine Hopkins - Parc Dafen - This ash tree provides an seasonally changing view from the window.
