Carmarthenshire's Governor Support Unit provides services to School Governors across the county.

The Carmarthenshire Governor Support unit is based in St. David's Park on the outskirts of Carmarthen town.
There are over 1600 school governors spread over 123 schools across the county and this unit provides an important role in co-ordinating the functions carried out by these governors.
Governor Support has a key role within the county's School Support Service and come under the umbrella of the Governance and Inclusion Division.
