We ask you to nominate one or two carers who will be able to give you practical support with fostering.

The amount of support they offer may range from being available to look after children in emergencies or for occasional child sitting to more ongoing arrangements, such as taking children to school.

The amount of support you require will depend upon your other commitments, for instance meeting the needs of your own children or workplace.

Nominated carers should be prepared to have CRB check and be interviewed.
