GrantNet

grant net

It’s out there, but where is it!?!

How many hours/days/weeks do you need to spend looking for money? What is available for what and why? Where do you go to apply and just how do you make your application the one they fund? How can I keep up to date if it’s changing all the time, and more and more such questions!

Finding Funding for your Communities

Grantnet is accessible and user-friendly, and is the industry standard for grant information. It provides full, accurate and timely information on schemes from the EU, Central, Regional and Local Government, Quasi-Government Organisations and Charities. It gives extensive reporting facilities, regular e-mail alerting of key interest areas, and full back-up help from our Grant and Technical Help-Desks, and also benefits from all the power and information of the host GRANTfinder system.

It gives YOU the opportunity to profile your project needs accurately as a precursor to developing your ideas with your advising organisation. There’s a host of useful information sheets covering writing constitutions, The Charities Act 2006, simplifying bidding etc., and how to make your project stand out in the grant application selection process.

To assist groups with their search for funding Carmarthenshire County Council has subscribed to Grantnet, a user-friendly service which will help you, our communities, identify the external funding opportunities available for your specific project.

Once you have registered with Grantnet, you will be e-mailed a password, which will allow you to gain access. Having logged into the system, you will need to answer a few simple questions about your organisation and the project which you wish to undertake; Grantnet will then provide an overview of all the schemes available.

The information you have submitted and the search results will be made available to the Community Bureau who will be able to provide more detailed information and guidance on the appropriate schemes, at your request.
