This policy has been written to set out the guidelines Carmarthenshire County Council and the housing association use when we provide homes in Carmarthenshire.  

Applying for Council and Housing Association Homes Carmarthenshire County Council and the four main housing associations that work in Carmarthenshire - Bro Myrddin Housing Association, family Housing association, Cymdeithas tai Cantref and Tai Cymdogaeth have agreed to this policy.

We have been using the same list to offer people new homes since 201, but now we will be using the same policy to decide who to offer our homes to.

This, as well as better information, will make it easier for you to understand your chances of re-housing in different parts of the county.
