Operational Plan

Carmarthenshire County Council has a statutory requirement to produce a Supporting People Operational Plan (SPOP) on an annual basis. The Welsh Assembly Government has provided detailed guidance regarding the content and format of the plan. The SPOP should include results of the Needs Mapping Exercise, strategic reviews and prioritised bids for Supporting People funding. The plan acts as a bidding document for additional funds to allow us to introduce new services to meet future needs or to fund the re-modeling of existing services to cope with changing needs.Supporting People Operational Plan (SPOP)2009/10.
