The Carmarthenshire Unitary Development Plan has now been formally adopted by Carmarthenshire County Council (19 July 2006) as planning policy for the Authority’s area. The CUDP has replaced the Dyfed Structure Plan (including Alterations No.1), the Carmarthen District Local Plan, the Dinefwr Local Plan and the Llanelli Area Local Plan Statement.
