Every Service/Division in the County Council prepares a Business Plan that outlines how the Service supports the Council’s main priorities, the Key Actions and Targets it aims to achieve in the forthcoming year, and how resources are being maximised. 

These plans are then submitted to the relevant Scrutiny Committees for approval.They form the foundation of the County Council’s Improvement Plan.
