Carmarthenshire Direct

Carmarthenshire Direct is a one-stop-shop which aims to make it easier for people to contact the authority on a wide range of issues. Our customer contact centre handles specific types of service enquiries and transaction.

Customer Service Centres 

Help and assistance concerning our council services can be obtained FACE TO FACE at any one of our three main Customer Service Centres.

Complaints & Compliments

You may feel unhappy with the service you recieve or you may want to make a suggestion that helps us improve it. We also hope that there are times when we do something well.

In an Emergency 

Outside normal office hours Careline provides an emergency service for a majority of divisions within Carmarthenshire County Council after 5pm and up until 9am on weekdays, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.

Journalists are requested not to contact individual departments. Our Press Office will be pleased assist you and arrange for an appropriate spokesperson to be made available for you.  Copies of press releases issued by the council are routinely published on this web site.
