Carmarthenshire Direct - Service Standards

Consultation Overview

Carmarthenshire Direct Service Standards describe the Standards we have for delivering Services to our Customers. They are designed to advise customers of the service you can expect from us and we hope that customers will find them useful. We will monitor our performance against these standards to ensure we are providing customers with excellent services, and if, for some reason, we are unable to meet the standard we will let customers know and keep them informed.
